She seeks to gain a deep understanding of their strategic business initiatives, vision, mission, values and culture to create a total rewards and employee engagement strategy that not only attracts and retains employees, but helps employers optimize their employee value proposition. Jeni’s benefits experience started in strategic account management for one of the nation’s leading health insurance carriers, where she built a deep understanding of plan design, claims analysis and underwriting strategies. She uses her 8.5 years of combined benefits and HR strategic consulting experience to be a partner to the HR and Finance teams.
