Jonathan Reaves is a managing principal at OneDigital in the Dallas market and started his insurance career in 2001. He served as a sales representative for both Standard Insurance Company and Reliance Standard Life Insurance Company. In 2005, Jonathan joined his family’s insurance agency as a broker. After eight years of successfully growing his book of business, he and Brad McEowen purchased the agency from Jonathan’s father, Jack Reaves.
While still in sales, Jonathan added the responsibilities of growth, strategy, client experience and marketing with The Reaves Agency, where the company grew nearly four-fold. In 2018, The Reaves Agency was acquired by OneDigital.
Jonathan has been married to his wife since 2001, and together they have three children. Jonathan enjoys spending time with his family. In addition, his hobbies include DJing deep house and techno music.
