A high energy, enthusiastic human resource professional and corporate trainer, Julia brings 15 plus years of experience in a number of different industries. Her work in manufacturing, financial services, non-profit and federal government provides her with the ability to provide human resource consulting services to a variety of organizations. In addition to roles in training and development, staffing and safety administration, Julia has also worked as an HR generalist and in an advisory capacity to executive leadership.
In addition to her significant experience as a corporate HR practitioner, Julia also brings insightful perspective through her time as an HR consultant where she provided subject-matter expertise on a myriad of HR related topics. She serves as a workshop facilitator for transitioning military service members in the areas of resume building and development, job search skills and interviewing tactics.
With experience in both curriculum development and training skills, Julia has implemented many educational delivery methods for a variety of learners. Subjects she’s has instructed on include the following:
