Katie is an account manager at OneDigital and responsible for day-to-day customer relationships and execution of their employee benefits strategy. Katie strives to provide friendly, responsive and consistent customer service to all her customers. With the changing workforce, Katie encourages her customers to introduce technology into their benefits strategy to help enhance employee education and the reach of their benefits communications.
Katie has been in the health and benefits industry for five years. Prior to OneDigital, Katie worked for Businessolver, a benefits administration SaaS platform, in Account Management and Operations. Katie earned her Bachelors degree in Economics from Gonzaga University.
