Laura Rogers serves as Director of Employer Financial Solutions in the Retirement & Wealth division at OneDigital. She is responsible for the strategy and execution of Personal Financial Planning for employee engagement with our retirement plan clients.
Laura understands the need for employers to offer meaningful benefits to their employees, especially in regard to financial security and success. Her passion lies in helping people live healthier financial lives through employer-sponsored benefits and programs. She has an extensive background in working with plan sponsors in corporate, non-profit, healthcare and higher education roles.
Laura earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas, and her MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
