Leigh A. Mills is the Vice President Welfare Director at OneDigital, a national team of experienced, local employee benefits advisors who create greater value for employers and inspire individuals to become more engaged health care consumers.
Leigh has almost 30 years of industry experience. As the Vice President of Client Services, she oversees the services delivered by the client management team. Additionally, she is responsible for new business development, plan design, eligibility, benefit and financial strategies, plan performance analytics, marketing, implementation, and servicing of large employers’ employee benefit programs throughout the United States.
An involved member of the community, Leigh currently serves as the immediate past Board Chair for the Jacksonville Urban League, Trustee with JaxChamber, Branch Advisory Board member for Brooks Family YMCA and is a past President of SHRM Jacksonville and past Treasurer for HR Florida.
She has a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management and has earned the following designations: Accredited Adviser in Insurance (AAI), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Group Benefits Associate (GBA), Compensation Management Specialist (CMS), Certified Employee Benefit Specialists (CEBS) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designations. Additionally, she holds both Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses through the Florida Department of Financial Services.
