Before joining OneDigital, Matt was the founder of Spiralight Group Benefits in Dublin, Ohio, which provided comprehensive insurance, HR consulting, and compliance solutions for small- to mid-size businesses. Matt has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University and holds a life and health insurance license. He is certified in Self-Funded Solutions. Matt is a subject matter expert and frequently speaks about Health Care Reform, Employer Health Plans, Affordability Programs, and Association Health Plans. He also serves as the past President for the Columbus chapter of the National Association of Health Underwriters.
