Melanie joined the OneDigital HR Consulting team in 2020 and is an integral part of the Programs department. Prior to coming on board, Melanie honed her skill set working in operations and HR management, typically building departments, processes, and systems from the ground up. Melanie brings with her a master's degree from Colorado State University in HR Management and accreditation as a PHRca. Melanie currently assists an array of clients with HR management and administration, compliance and best practices, policy and procedure updates, and more. Melanie is a shining example of someone who is both strategy-focused and an innovative problem solver. Clients can therefore rest assured they are in the capable hands of an outstanding HR professional.
