She finds her technical HR knowledge and excellent client relationship skills paramount in her ability to support the Workforce + HR solutions. With twenty-five years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist in varying industries and size organizations, Nancy is an invaluable resource. She has worked with companies maintaining a mature Human Resources infrastructure, such as Ernst & Young LLP and Random House, Inc., as well as startups such as SmartTime Software, where she helped lay the building blocks for a successful organizational and HR philosophy while ensuring federal and state compliance.
Nancy’s depth of experience enables her to stay on top of new laws and trends effectively and to communicate these to her clients. Whether tackling a challenging employee relations issue, training clients or researching a new federal law, Nancy takes on challenges eagerly and always engages herself fully.
Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and a Masters of Education from Vanderbilt University. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and Northeast Human Resource Association.
