Located in Rochester, NY, Nathaniel (Nat) Garfield is the Principal and Senior Client Executive of OneDigital, a national team of experienced, local employee benefits advisors who create greater value for employers and inspire individuals to become more engaged health care consumers.
Bringing over 30 years of experience in the employee benefits industry, Nat joined the OneDigital family in early 2021. In his prior role as Partner and VP of his legacy benefits agency he was a 2016 National Broker of The Year Finalist for benefits selling magazine and helped lead the way for his legacy agency being awarded Top Workplace honors in Rochester from 2015-2020. Nat and his team now bring OneDigital’s vast array of great resources, new ideas and services to the Rochester region while continuing to provide clients the same personalized boutique style service they have become accustomed to.
Though originally from Boston, MA, Nat has been in the Rochester area since 1994 and has been very active supporting local community programs including the Novem Foundation, past membership in the Pittsford Rotary Club, and as past president of the Pittsford Ice Hockey boosters club.
