Rich Hamilton is a senior vice president of sales at OneDigital, a national team of experienced, local employee benefits advisors who create greater value for employers and inspire individuals to become more engaged health care consumers.
Prior to joining OneDigital, Rich served as Executive Vice President of TEC Benefits for more than a decade. Embracing the core values of hard work, integrity and innovation, Rich has developed hundreds of employee benefit consulting arrangements with various sized organizations in the western Pennsylvania marketplace. Rich was instrumental in the development of the key services provided to employer groups, notably, payroll and third party administration as well as consolidated billing. He developed and trained the OneDigital Pittsburgh sales force and brings his invaluable regional expertise and experience to OneDigital’s presence in western Pennsylvania.
Rich holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University. He currently resides in Gibsonia, Pennsylvania with his wife and their two French bulldogs, Izzy and Bert.
