With an 18-year career spanning consulting and professional services, Robin is a seasoned talent acquisition leader skilled in building high-performing teams and driving strategic talent initiatives. She has successfully led full-desk recruiting operations, developed talent acquisition functions from the ground up, and served as the Global HR leader for a professional services team. Currently, she heads the Corporate Talent Acquisition team at OneDigital, where she oversees talent acquisition strategies for a diverse range of HR and financial services. Robin holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Social Work and is a SHRM-SCP certified professional.
