With over 15 years of operational leadership and talent development experience, Sheelah began her career at OneDigital managing financial operations. She was promoted to Director of M&A Diligence & Integration in 2019 and serves as a project manager for prospective new agencies, leading relevant operational and integration activities throughout the deal cycle (before and after close) for the successful integration of the newly affiliated firms. She works closely and collaboratively with the M&A team, functional business leaders throughout the organization and the new agency’s leadership to ensure seamless integration and welcoming experience for new OneDigital colleagues.
