Tim Paradiso is Managing Principal of OneDigital Ohio. Tim has over 30 years of experience serving in executive positions within the health insurance industry and has a proven track record of helping employer groups become best performers. The cornerstone of Tim’s success has been his ability to attract and leverage the industry’s top talent. Prior to joining with OneDigital, Tim led The Ashley Group, an employee health benefits agency that served northwest Ohio from offices in Sandusky, Maumee, and Medina. Tim was also an equity partner with Medical Mutual of Ohio and President of Business Distribution Solutions (BDS), where he expanded Medical Mutual of Ohio into Indiana, Georgia, and South Carolina.
A life-long Ohioan, Tim is a graduate of BGSU. He is proud to have been appointed by Gov. John Kasich to the Ohio Turnpike and Infrastructure Commission and serves as vice-chair. Tim also served on the Tiffin University Executive Committee. Tim was inducted into the Entrepreneurial and Business Excellence Hall of Fame in 2010, honoring his outstanding entrepreneurial spirit and success as a business leader.
