As Chief Product Officer (CPO), Vinay Gidwaney is passionate about creating opportunities for employees and families to make better decisions around their finances through OneDigital’s integrated offerings. He leads a strong team of technology experts and developers who deliver the latest in innovative products and solutions to OneDigital’s customer base. Vinay is a seasoned expert and entrepreneur with decades of experience in employee benefits, insurance and product innovation. Prior to joining OneDigital in September 2021 as CPO, Vinay founded Maxwell Health, later acquired by Sun Life Financial, a financial services organization offering a wide range of insurance and investment products. Most recently. Vinay was the Head of Technology at Boston-based CIC Health, working to scale up operations for COVID-19 testing and mass vaccination sites across Massachusetts. In addition to his role at OneDigital, Gidwaney is a Board Member at the education and social justice non-profit, Design for Change USA and sits on the advisory boards of several startups in the insurtech, life sciences and healthcare industries.

Shira brings 20 years of experience to leading OneDigital’s people-focused approach to optimize organizational performance by developing strategies to cater to employee value drivers, social determinants of health, total wellbeing, and overall engagement. Prior to OneDigital, Shira developed medical management and care coordination programs including a reference-based pricing plan as the VP of clinical affairs for a health plan administrator. Her previous health & wellbeing consulting experience includes program development, onsite clinic management, patient steerage, compliance and evaluation, oversight of implementation and operations, and creating customized medical management programs. Shira’s academic background includes a BS in Sports Medicine and an MS in Sports Administration from Florida State University. She has also completed coursework for her PhD in Health Services Research at UNC Charlotte and taught at the undergraduate level. Her area of study focused on primary care and appropriate healthcare utilization including: use of the Emergency Department, chronic disease management, and compliance with well-visits and preventive screenings. Shira recently obtained her Mental Health First Aid Certification and continues to advocate for Mental Health as an integral piece of employee wellbeing and engagement.
Craig Gabel is a seasoned professional with nearly 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. As the Vice President of Retirement Plan Services at OneDigital, he is a trusted adviser in workplace retirement plan consulting. Craig's role as Vice President encompasses three key areas of focus. Firstly, he ensures employers remain fully compliant with their fiduciary duties, providing them with peace of mind and helping them navigate complex regulations and mitigate risks associated with retirement plans. Secondly, he focuses on empowering the workforce to live their best lives and reach their highest potential. Through the implementation of innovative strategies, Craig enhances employee engagement, well-being, and overall job satisfaction. Recognized for his fresh thinking and ability to integrate an organization's overall benefit strategy, Craig encourages employers to embrace disruptive ideas that challenge the status quo. His diverse background, which included running his own consulting practice and working for a recordkeeper, has fueled his passion for revolutionizing how employers perceive their workforce and benefits strategy.
