Such cultures require leaders capable of navigating the ever-present tension between prioritizing people and performance. In this talk, we’ll help leaders leverage simple yet profound insights to buck the pervasive burnout trends plaguing the modern workplace. We’ll also help them identify actionable strategies for building an environment that attracts and retains top talent and equip them to experience more of their own best work and best life.
