Julie Cape

Julie Cape, Executive Vice President of Small Business at OneDigital, has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. Julie oversees OneDigital’s Small Business Essentials Teams, which accounts for over 28,000 clients and 20,000 of these groups fall between 2-15 employees. Julie is known for her keen focus on clients, positive influence, and collaborative disposition – always the first to jump in and get something done.

Her passion for OneDigital also extends to OneDigital's Partners. With her dual-sided approach, she gives the Partners an undeniable edge in achieving success for their business by providing a simple and seamless approach to outsourcing small business clients, resulting in both improved profit and peace of mind in knowing their assets are in good hands and growing.

Prior to joining OneDigital in 2007 as Director of Sales, she worked for a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and a payroll/benefits agency.

She graduated from Indiana University with a major in Criminal Justice and planned on going to law school. But after getting a taste of employee benefits during her first job out of college, Julie knew benefits was her true passion and never went back to school. Julie is licensed to sell life, accident, health and long-term care insurance.
