Russell Gramstad is a Managing Principal at OneDigital, a national team of experienced, local employee benefits advisors who create greater value for employers and inspire individuals to become more engaged health care consumers.
Russell has nearly a decade of experience in the health insurance industry. Within his role, Russell is responsible for managing the West Region and leading the Client Service Team, driving process efficiencies and managing client service accounts. His extensive human resource education and experience provide our clients with an unparalleled level of benefits support and management.
He graduated from California State University, Fullerton where he earned a bachelors degree in Human Resource Management.
Russell holds a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist designation through the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
