We strategize with our clients to develop the best medical plan for their employees. This may include The Benemax Wrap®, a single health benefit plan that incorporates both a fully insured and a self-funded component. Benemax administers the self-funded component but provides client and member level service for the entire plan. Our hybrid approach to benefit funding is unique in the industry.
We work with our clients to choose Ancillary lines of coverage, including Life, AD&D, Short and Long-Term Disability. Working with various carriers, we tailor our recommendations to each employer’s unique culture.
Benemax can administer your company’s Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Plan, an IRS qualified benefit plan that allows plan participants to budget pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible out-of-pocket healthcare and/or dependent care expenses.
We can assist our clients in the selection of Dental Plans offered by a number of quality dental benefit carriers. We also offer our own, proprietary Benedent® dental plan. Benedent® is a Consumer Directed, Money Purchase plan. Benemax administers the plan and provides full client and member support. With Benedent®, you may use any licensed dental provider of your choice and there are no deductibles and no fine print limitations or exclusions.
Vision benefits, provided by various carriers, can deliver an attractive additional benefit for eligible employees. Plans provide coverage both in-network and out-of-network and offer significant cost savings on exams, frames, lenses, and contacts.
Benemax assists our clients’ HR Departments with COBRA administration, compliance, employee education, Plan Documents, Medicare consultation, and more.
Benemax also manages fringe benefits such as parking, corporate wellness programs, commuter benefits, etc.
