Erica Zinkie Named to 2024 Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Top 10

In-House Counsel Leader Recognized for Dedication and Commitment to Driving Impact

This recognition celebrates in-house counsel aged 30 to 39 for their innovative approaches, well-rounded perspectives, and contributions to the legal community.

Zinkie joined OneDigital in 2016 as VP of Legal Counsel, leveraging her expertise in employer-sponsored health and welfare plans to provide compliance consulting. Over the years, she has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth, now leading a team of 40 internal lawyers, outside counsel, and risk professionals. Her strategic guidance extends to executive leadership and board-level decisions.
