Atlanta, GA – September 14, 2026 – OneDigital, a leading insurance brokerage, financial services, and HR consulting firm, has been named a Best Place to Work for Women 2026 by Best Companies Group. This marks the first time OneDigital has received this recognition.
Best Places to Work for Women is a survey-based competition that recognizes the top companies for women in the workforce across the United States. Eligible companies launched a survey process with Best Companies Group over the past year, and survey data was analyzed and compared across all participants, with a focus on the experiences of women within each company's workforce. Winners were selected based on this comparative analysis.
Women represent nearly 63% of OneDigital's workforce, contributing their talents, leadership, and expertise across every practice, market, and function. In 2025, female representation at the VP and SVP level grew from 29% to 35%, and the organization achieved 100% pay equity for women across the organization. OneDigital continues to invest in a culture of belonging through Employee Resource Groups including WINGS (Women's Initiative Network for Growth and Success), BFF (Black Female Forward), and Working Parents, alongside continued investment in career development and leadership growth.
