We recruit rising juniors and seniors from universities across the country who are ready to take initiative, contribute ideas, and embrace challenges. Post-Grad
Full-Time Offer
Many Jumpstart interns convert to full-time roles after graduation. You'll already know the team, the work, and the culture — so you can walk in ready to contribute from your first day, not spend months just getting up to speed.

Jumpstart Internship FAQs
The program is 10 weeks and generally runs from mid-May through the end of July. Exact 2027 program dates will be announced in early 2027. Applications are typically reviewed in fall and winter for the following summer.
Rising college juniors and seniors returning to school the following fall. You must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
Yes, Jumpstart is a competitive, paid 10-week summer internship. Compensation is discussed as your application progresses.
Internships are offered across OneDigital's full range of practice areas, including Employee Benefits, Retirement & Wealth, Property & Casualty, HR & Workforce Solutions, and Advanced Health, plus corporate functions like Marketing, HR & Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Operations.
