Attendees will gain an understanding of compensation’s strategic purpose, the various forms of compensation, and get an in depth look at how the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) classifies “time worked” as well as other Massachusetts pay related laws. Attendees will also engage in practical-application activities geared toward reinforcing the concepts.
