About the Event
To encourage employee health and add value to health and wellbeing benefits offerings, there is an increasing number of employers exploring benefits such as wellness programs, telemedicine, employee assistance programs, on-site clinics, and specified illness and disease.
However, the increasing complexity of administering a compliant plan has left some employers feeling like no good deed goes unpunished when it comes to offering these value-add benefits. If you know what your employer obligations are, offering value-add benefits can still be a valuable addition to your total compensation strategy.
During this session, attendees will learn:
- Strategies for determining the wellness programs best suited for your employees
- How to design your program to comply with the wellness rules and other regulations
- Common pitfalls of coordinating your wellness program with other benefits and how to avoid them
