This workshop will explore a full range of compensation activities including job evaluation, market pricing, salary structure development, assessment of employee compensation vis-à-vis the market and the salary structure, and recommendations for managing employee pay. In addition, the workshop will also explore various approaches to variable compensation and overall compensation planning. Attendees will engage in practical application activities geared toward reinforcing these concepts throughout the workshop.
