OneDigital Announces Leadership Appointment in Human Resources Technology Consulting

OneDigital is pleased to announce that Michele Dixon has been appointed as the National Vice President of HR Technology Consulting.

Michele brings over two decades of global experience in HR Technology program management, project management, and process improvement. She transitions into this role from her previous position at OneDigital as Practice Lead for HR Technology Selection & RFP Consulting.

Throughout her 20+ year career, Michele has managed large-scale complex programs exceeding $30M budgets. She has a proven record of accomplishment and success through proactive meticulous planning, strong governance, C-suite stakeholder engagement, and she manages teams with an inclusive team development approach. Her vast industry expertise combines professional competency, diverse team leadership, and influential communication skills. Michele’s experience in multiple HR Technology platforms enables her to guide clients in all stages of Human Capital Management technology.

In her new role, Michele will focus on driving department sales growth by expanding channels to increase awareness and generate leads. She will also prioritize refining Human Resources Technology Consulting’s service offerings and support structure to enhance overall efficiency and client satisfaction.
