Ronda Grimsley is a Principal and the National HCM Technology Practice Leader for OneDigital. Ronda and her team joined forces with OneDigital in January 2022. Prior to her current role, Ronda was CEO and Founder of Triad HR Technology Solutions where her certified Woman-Owned Business partnered with organizations to set strategic direction for their HCM landscape, select top-tier systems and implement all types of HR technology.
During her 30+ years as a human resources (HR) professional, Ronda has provided consulting to a multitude of complex domestic and global companies. Project Manager Extraordinaire would be Ronda’s alternative title. Her uncontrollable tendency as an arranger coupled with seldom making mainstream choices prompted her to launch a consultancy to work side by side with her clients. Her career started as an idealistic mathematics teacher then morphed into an ambitious actuarial analyst after getting her Master’s in Mathematics and Statistics from Texas A&M University. At Mercer HR, she quickly rose to the ranks of polished Principal and Client Manager providing depth and breadth across all HR disciplines. Today, Ronda’s inner techie is let loose helping her clients choose HR systems and navigate implementations with HR system vendors and their certified partners. Ronda brings this experience to OneDigital to compliment the workforce consultancy across our clients.
Ronda’s commitment to social action and community is a priority. She recently received Greenhill Parents’ Association Service Award for her leadership and volunteerism over 18 years. She is currently a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) within the foster care community in Dallas, Texas after fostering children in her own home. Over the years, Triad HR has financially contributed to over 50 non-profits to reflect the heart of the consultants who are integral to our HCM Technology Practice.
Eric Austin is a Senior HR Executive with 25 years of experience leading Compensation, Benefits and HRIS teams. Moving organizations successfully to Shared Service Delivery models to support growth and business needs has been a hallmark of Eric’s career. Eric’s industry expertise includes Telecom, Beverage/Consumer Packaged Goods and Financial Services. In addition to his various HR roles, Eric has served as a director of sales support and an IT business partner. With this well-rounded experience, Eric is able to work with the C-suite to design and implement strategies for compensation and benefits programs as well as HR systems road maps that capitalize on emerging technologies and are cost-effective. He has presided over large-scale HR technology implementations including SAP HCM and Payroll and the full suite of Workday HR. Eric’s thought leadership combined with effective day-to-day management has resulted in a proven track record of managing all aspects of HR Operations.
