This strategic partnership marks a significant milestone in ASI’s 26-year commitment of delivering exceptional service and personalized wealth management solutions. At the close of the sale, ASI had over $1.6 billion in assets under management, and as of 12/31/23, OneDigital Investment Advisors had over $100 billion in assets under advisement.

Founded in 1998 by President and Founder, Randy Miller, ASI provides personal wealth management, institutional consulting, and retirement plan consulting to a diverse client portfolio, including individuals, families, corporations, and not-for-profit organizations.
