OneDigital Acquires Kinney Pike Insurance

This Acquisition Marks OneDigital’s Continued Investment into Property & Casualty Practice

ATLANTA, GA – November 18, 2021 – OneDigital, the nation’s leading insurance brokerage, financial services, and HR consulting firm, announced it has acquired Kinney Pike Insurance, headquartered in Rutland, Vermont, with five additional offices throughout the Green Mountain State. This acquisition comes quickly after OneDigital acquired HM Employee Benefits and Risk Management in Missouri to expand into the property and casualty (P&C) vertical earlier in 2021.

Founded in 1904, Kinney Pike Insurance provides a full range of personal and business insurance, as well as employee benefits and risk management services to over 13,000 customers throughout New England. This acquisition marks OneDigital’s first P&C office in the Northeast Region. Kinney Pike is one of the largest independent insurance agencies in Vermont and has been previously recognized for its Best Practices Status by the IIABA. The agency has also received the E&O Plus Quality Management Award for many years, demonstrating outstanding devotion to quality management in servicing their clients and a commitment to excellence around Errors & Omissions prevention and mitigation. With the acquisition, 65 employees have joined the OneDigital team.
