OneDigital Elevates Its Presence in Atlanta with Headquarters Relocation and Building Naming Rights

ATLANTA, GA – March 11, 2024 - OneDigital, the nation’s leading insurance brokerage, financial services, and HR consulting firm, today announced its corporate headquarters' relocation within Atlanta. Currently housed at 200 Galleria, OneDigital's Atlanta-based corporate teams will soon occupy the neighboring 300 Galleria building, marking a strategic move that amplifies the company's commitment to the city and its dynamic business landscape.

OneDigital will be leasing floors 10-11 and 17 of the 20-story building and will also receive signage rights of the building, offering visibility from the iconic Battery area and Truist Park. This strategic move puts the OneDigital brand in lights, delivering millions of impressions annually and highlighting the company's evolution from an employee-benefits-only broker to a comprehensive insurance, financial services, and HR firm servicing the needs of businesses and individuals nationwide. Since planting its roots in Atlanta, OneDigital has brought over 130 jobs to the city, with plans for future growth. The firm has been recognized as one of Georgia’s 40 fastest-growing companies by The Association of Corporate Growth’s Georgia Fast 40 award and has received several Best and Brightest Place to Work in Atlanta awards for its commitment to creating inclusive and engaging workplace environments. OneDigital’s 13-year lease at 300 Galleria includes 70,445 square feet across three floors with opportunities for future expansion. The new headquarters, located in a LEED Certified Gold building, boasts amenities such as a 10,000 SF IronWorx Fitness Center, training facility, electrical vehicle charging stations, and a 5-acre outdoor green space with Wi-Fi for open-air collaboration and meetings.

In securing the new Atlanta headquarters, national commercial real estate broker JLL facilitated the lease for OneDigital, while the firm continues its ongoing collaboration with HITT Construction for construction build-out, and Hendrick, focusing on interior design and branding.
