As President and CEO, OneDigital co-founder Adam Bruckman has also led the company from a start-up in 2000 to a leading insurance brokerage, financial services and HR consulting firms nationwide. Under Adam’s leadership, OneDigital has experienced consistent and rapid growth, rankingin the top 25 list on Business Insurance’s 100 largest U.S. brokers every year since 2017 and recognized as a fastest-growing company by the Atlanta Chapter of The Association for Corporate Growth® (ACG) 2022 for companies headquartered in Georgia.
Under his leadership, OneDigital has excelled by achieving aggressive organic growth goals and through the acquisition of over 200 high-performing firms in key markets. Over the past decades, OneDigital has expanded from a few dozen employees to several thousand and growing.
With innovation as a hallmark of Adam's leadership style, OneDigital now advises clients with a full range of solutions across the following practice areas: Employee Benefits, HR and Workplace Consulting, Retirement and Financial Planning, Medicare Advantage, Specialty Services (including pharmacy consulting, wholesale, research and analysis through Centro Benefits Research, a OneDigital Company) and Property & Casualty insurance.

Adam serves on several boards including his role as chairman of Children’s Healthcare’s Safe Kids of Georgia and as a member of the Young Presidents’ Association, Southern Seven Chapter. He is a graduate of Tuft’s University, where he played collegiate lacrosse and studied economics. Adam’s true passion is coaching, having coached youth and high school lacrosse throughout his adult life. He and his wife reside in Atlanta where they raised their two grown sons.
