Benefits Firm Joins OneDigital’s Northern California Operations; Strengthens Company’s West Coast Market Share
LOS ALTOS, Calif. – Dec. 21, 2016 – OneDigital Health and Benefits, the nation’s largest employee benefits-only company, has acquired Designing Benefits of Pleasanton, Calif., and Mesa, Ariz., merging their services into OneDigital’s Northern California location. Agency founder and president Kirstin Kleinschmidt has joined OneDigital as a principal, and along with her a team of four, they have expanded the Northern California office to 30-plus advisors and professionals, providing innovative benefits and human resources solutions to employers and their employees.
