Firm Continues Rapid Expansion with the Largest California P&C Acquisition in the West Region

ATLANTA, GA – June 20, 2023 – OneDigital, the nation’s leading insurance brokerage, financial services and HR consulting firm, has acquired Leap Carpenter Kemps (“LCK”) in Merced, CA.

Founded in 1947 by Ed Leap, LCK grew and established itself as Merced County’s largest independent insurance agency. LCK, currently led by Michael J. Carpenter, will join forces with the existing California team to provide business risk management, personal insurance services, group captive insurance, employee benefits, and life and health insurance. LCK’s over 4,000 business and personal clients will join more than 100,000 employers and millions of individuals who rely on the OneDigital team for counsel and access to fully integrated worksite products and services.
