OneDigital x Shipt: A Case Study in Building Better Benefits

While the last few years have been challenging for many businesses, Shipt is absolutely thriving.

After being acquired by Target in 2017, the grocery delivery company experienced an incredible period of growth, dramatically expanded its headcount, and saw its valuation soar into the billions.

However, this type of rapid expansion inevitably generates administrative headaches and logistical hurdles. When Lauren Carter joined Shipt as a Benefits & Compensation Partner in 2018, she knew she had to tackle these growing pains head on by finding a way to streamline operations and educate her youthful employee population on the value of their benefits.
