Overland Park, KS – October 29, 2026 — OneDigital, a nationally recognized insurance brokerage, financial services, and HR consulting firm, announced today that 26 of its employees were named to the NAPA 2026 Top Women of Excellence.
Established in 2015, the NAPA Top Women of Excellence Award honors advisors whose leadership and achievements help advance the retirement industry. The award celebrates women who pair professional excellence with a commitment to making a lasting difference.
The list was decided on by a panel of judges who reviewed and scored nominees based on both quantitative and qualitative measures. The list was broken down into three categories:
- Captains: Individuals who are principals, owners, or team captains within their organizations focused on organizational and business growth
- MVPs: Non-producing relationship managers focused on managing relationships and retention of clients
- Rising Stars: Emerging team leaders or producers with less than 5 years of experience in the industry
