ATLANTA, GA — October 27, 2026 — OneDigital, one of the nation's leading insurance brokerage, financial services, and human capital management firm, announced today the acquisition of Thompson Insurance Group (TIG), a full-service personal and commercial insurance agency based in East Providence, Rhode Island. The addition establishes OneDigital's first Property & Casualty office in the Ocean State and marks the 15th office in the East Region focused on business and personal risk, expanding OneDigital’s national Property & Casualty platform across New England.
Founded by Ken Thompson, TIG has a well-established presence across Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts, comprised of Lezaola Thompson Insurance, Soucy Insurance Agency, MKI Insurance Agency, Stateline Insurance, and Burns & Cotter Insurance. Together, the group serves individuals and businesses with a comprehensive range of personal and commercial insurance, including auto, home, and flood, commercial property, contractors' liability, workers' compensation, and business interruption coverage.
