OneDigital is proud to announce the appointment of Lauri Mitchell as Managing Director of Employee Benefits Retention for the Greater Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware markets. Most recently, Lauri created and led a successful Center of Excellence for Willis and Towers Watson focused on Mergers and acquisitions. Prior to that, she co-led their mid-market business in Greater Philadelphia and, starting in 2021, led sales and retention for the firm.
With over 33 years of experience in the health and benefits industry, Lauri has held positions in sales, client management, and network development with leadership responsibilities over the course of her extensive experience. She began her professional career on the carrier side of the business, before transitioning to the consulting side in 1998 when she took a role with Marsh Health & Benefits as Client Manager.
