Recognition Builds on a Growing Record of Workplace Distinctions for Women at OneDigital

Atlanta, GA – October 28, 2026 – OneDigital, a leading insurance brokerage, financial services, and HR consulting firm, has been selected by Fortune as one of the Best Workplaces for Women™ 2026. This marks the second time OneDigital has received this recognition, following its first appearance on the list in 2024.

Women represent nearly 63% of OneDigital's workforce, and the organization has continued to invest in structural progress: female representation at the VP and SVP level grew from 29% to 35% in 2025, and the organization achieved 100% pay equity for women.
