PHILADELPHIA, PA, June 1, 2026 — OneDigital, a leading insurance brokerage, financial services, and HR consulting firm, and its General Agency division, Kistler Tiffany Benefits, announced the appointment of Chris Vanderwolk as Director of Compliance and Innovation, effective immediately.
He joins the team with more than two decades of experience in employee benefits compliance, ERISA law, strategy, and business development. Chris will lead OneDigital’s Greater Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware compliance and innovation efforts, supporting employer clients of all sizes while also serving as a key resource for the independent broker partners who rely on Kistler Tiffany Benefits for guidance, tools, and expertise.

His deep expertise in ERISA, employer-sponsored benefits, compliance, and his genuine commitment to delivering value for our clients and independent broker partners makes him an exceptional addition. Chris is an ERISA attorney, Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), and seasoned benefits industry leader with a proven track record of simplifying complex employer-sponsored benefit challenges.
Prior to joining OneDigital and Kistler Tiffany Benefits, he served as VP, Client Services at Sequioa and before that, Chief Compliance Officer at Savoy Associates, where he led teams across employer services, compliance, marketing, and technology. He has a proven track record of success throughout his career in the employer services and compliance arena building out compliance service lines, including ERISA compliance, Wrap Documents, SPDs, and ACA Reporting Services.
Chris is an active member of the NABIP National Legislative Council, where he has served as Chair of the Lower Prescription Drug Cost Working Group and as a member of the Employer-Sponsored Plans Working Group, driving model legislation to protect access to affordable coverage for Americans.
