Terry Griffis Joins OneDigital as Vice President of Corporate Development & Deal Architect

Appointment strengthens deal structuring capabilities across the firm’s expanding M&A platform

ATLANTA – January 15, 2026 – OneDigital, a leading insurance brokerage, financial services, and HR consulting firm, today announced that Terry Griffis has joined the organization as Vice President of Corporate Development & Deal Architect. In this role, Griffis will support OneDigital’s M&A strategy by structuring and evaluating complex transactions that align with the firm’s disciplined approach to growth and long-term partnership, primarily within the financial services vertical.

Griffis brings 15 years of experience structuring credit, evaluating complex assets, and managing strategic relationships across investment banking and private wealth environments. Prior to joining OneDigital, Griffis served as Senior Credit Underwriter at Bank of America within its Global Wealth & Investment Management business, where he structured sophisticated credit solutions for high-net-worth clients and partnered closely with sales executives to support broader business objectives. Griffis has also held senior underwriting and credit analysis roles at Morgan Stanley and Oakworth Capital Bank, focusing on financial statement analysis, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver customized solutions for complex client needs.

In his role at OneDigital, Griffis will work closely with the firm’s corporate development and internal deal teams to help design and structure transactions that support sustainable growth, cultural alignment, and long-term value creation across OneDigital’s expanding portfolio.
