Adam Bruckman

As Chairman and CEO, OneDigital’s co-founder Adam Bruckman has led the company from a start-up in 2000 to a leading insurance brokerage, financial services and HR consulting firm across the US and Canada. Under Adam’s leadership, OneDigital has experienced consistent and rapid growth, ranking in the top 20 list on Business Insurance’s 100 largest U.S. brokers every year since 2017 and recognized as a fastest-growing company by the Atlanta Chapter of The Association for Corporate Growth® (ACG) for companies headquartered in Georgia.  

Under his leadership, OneDigital has excelled by achieving aggressive organic growth goals and through the acquisition of over 200 high-performing firms in key markets. Over the past decades, OneDigital has expanded from a few dozen employees to over 5,000 thousand and growing.

Adam serves on several boards including his role as chairman of Children’s Healthcare’s Safe Kids of Georgia and as a member of the Young Presidents’ Association, Southern Seven Chapter. He is a graduate of Tuft’s University, where he played collegiate lacrosse and studied economics. Adam’s true passion is coaching, having coached youth and high school lacrosse throughout his adult life. He and his wife reside in Atlanta where they raised their two grown sons.
