Adriane Westbrook

Adriane graduated from Texas State University in 2014 and brings over a decade of experience in the insurance industry. She partners with organizations to design and manage employee benefits strategies that align with broader business goals, helping leadership teams balance cost control, risk management, and employee experience.

As a consultant and strategic advisor, Adriane works alongside executives to evaluate plan performance, identify funding efficiencies, improve engagement, and develop long-term benefits roadmaps that support sustainable growth. She is especially passionate about serving the trucking, transportation, and logistics industries, a sector she understands personally after growing up around the business through her father’s career.

Outside of work, Adriane is a proud dog mom to Xena and Cinnamon Roll and serves on the board of Bel Inizio, a Houston-based nonprofit that supports women in recovery through fitness and personal growth. She returned to Houston in 2023 after meeting her husband.
