Aimee Houde

Twenty years. Every industry. Every size company. Aimee Houde is a working director who leads the Recruiting Services practice for OneDigital's PEO solution, supporting her team while partnering directly with small business clients on hiring, retention, and the employee experience in between. She started her career as a “fit finder” at a Philadelphia law firm and has since placed talent across nearly every sector that’s asked her to help, from salespeople to sous chefs to surgeons, building recruiting teams and practices from the ground up along the way. Her core belief: talent is like a dog. Hiring is the head, retention is the tail, and employee experience is everything in between. Tend to the care and feeding of the whole dog, and you’ll have a thriving company. Most leaders treat those as separate. Aimee doesn’t. She is based in Columbus, Ohio.
