Alex is a Client Service Manager at OneDigital, serving as the welcoming first point of contact for clients and the organizational backbone of the practice. Her strong work ethic, practical thinking, and exceptional attention to detail make her an integral part of the team's day-to-day operations — ensuring every client interaction is handled with care and efficiency.

The sister of Eric Munkeby, Alex has always enjoyed working alongside family and brings that same warmth and personal investment to every client relationship. Prior to joining the OneDigital team, Alex gained experience in client-facing service roles that sharpened her instinct for anticipating needs and delivering a seamless experience. Whether you reach out by phone, email, or in person, Alex will make sure you are taken care of.

Outside the office, Alex has a love of adventure and the outdoors. She has explored the American Southwest extensively — including time living on a Navajo reservation in Arizona, where she spent nearly a year hiking canyons, mountain biking on red rock terrain, and camping under open skies.
