Alex Ruoff

Alex has spent much of his career in Human Capital Management (HCM), focusing on building high-performing sales teams and providing PEO service consultation for SMBs. Prior to joining OneDigital | Resourcing Edge, Alex had a successful 10-year career at ADP. During his time there, he excelled both as an individual contributor and as a team leader focused on PEO sales.

At OneDigital, he has continued his passion for coaching and mentoring sales talent and building high-performing sales teams. He’s dedicated to fostering an environment where individuals can grow and achieve their full potential. Alex’s leadership style is centered on coaching and developing talent, and he takes great pride in seeing his team members exceed personal and sales goals, receive promotions, and advance to leadership roles of their own.

Alex graduated from Lafayette College with a degree in Economics & Business. Outside of work, Alex enjoys playing soccer, traveling, and spending time with his family. He lives in The Colony, TX with his wife Brittany, daughters Nellie, Harlow, Lexi, and their dog Dave.
