Alexsa Donoghue

As a Retirement Plan Consultant, Alexsa guides her clients through the intricacies of governance, compliance, and administration of their employer-sponsored retirement plans. She enjoys serving as a strategist and conducting comprehensive due diligence to help ensure their fiduciary responsibilities are met and workforces are engaged. Throughout all stages, she seeks to be a best-in-class resource and advocate for participants, committees, executives, investors, and board members.

Alexsa's career began in private wealth management, which has offered her the unique perspective in knowing firsthand what employees want, and translating those wants to plan sponsors. Alexsa graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. She holds her Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
