Alicia Artman

Alicia serves as the Practice Leader for HR Consulting in Georgia and Florida at OneDigital. In this role, she leverages her extensive experience and unwavering commitment to exceptional client service to deliver innovative HR solutions. Alicia leads several specialized teams supporting clients' HR needs and has been with OneDigital since 2017. Previously, she led the Georgia Mid-Market Employee Benefits Team and the Client Advocacy Team. Today, in addition to her HR Consulting practice responsibilities, she also leads two of the Georgia Market Employee Benefits Client Service Teams.

Before joining OneDigital, Alicia spent 11 years at another employee benefits brokerage firm — the same firm where she entered the industry nearly 20 years ago. She began her career supporting employees by answering calls in a benefits enrollment service center. Over her tenure, she ascended into increasingly senior leadership roles, where she led a national call center, spearheaded the implementation of the firm's HR benefit administration system across their full client book of business, directed IT and Data Disaster Recovery initiatives, and supported the firm's SSAE-16 audits. She also led a team of 30 customer service professionals with deep benefits expertise. The clients she served were National Accounts with 500+ employee lives, including a decade-long relationship with the firm's largest account — a Georgia-based manufacturing employer with over 25,000 employees.

Alicia brings deep expertise across a wide range of benefits administration systems, complementary HR services, and scaled customer service operations. Her dedication to client success and her ability to craft tailored solutions make her an invaluable extension of her clients' teams.
