Andy is a sought-after presenter for Boards of Directors, sharing his deep expertise and actionable guidance on employee benefits and risk management.

Renowned for his innovative approach, Andy has successfully implemented alternative funding arrangements that help organizations reduce expenses and optimize employee benefit costs. His solutions empower clients to manage their benefits programs more effectively and sustainably.

Andy’s career in Employee Benefits and Risk Management began in 2003, following a rewarding tenure as a Human Service Agency Administrator. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the State University at Albany and has earned the Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Andy is licensed in New York State as a Broker for Property and Casualty, as well as Life, Accident, and Health insurance.
