Anita Sindhwani

Anita Sindhwani serves as the Senior Vice President of Digital Business Solutions, Enterprise Data & Analytics at OneDigital, where she leads enterprise-wide technology strategy, digital transformation, and data strategy initiatives. A seasoned technology executive, she oversees platform and product development, business unit engineering, enterprise applications, and data and analytics functions—driving scalable digital capabilities that support OneDigital’s rapid growth and evolving business needs.

With a strong background in enterprise technology leadership, digital transformation, and enterprise architecture, Anita has played a pivotal role in modernizing OneDigital’s technology ecosystem. Under her leadership, teams have advanced Centers of Excellence across product management, DevOps, solution architecture, testing automation, and data and analytics, enabling improved service delivery, organizational agility, and innovation. 

Prior to joining OneDigital, Anita held senior technology leadership roles across the insurance, QSR- retail, energy, and consumer services sectors, bringing deep expertise in enterprise applications, digital transformation, and large-scale systems delivery. She holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
