Anthony Cassio

Anthony Cassio leads growth, overseeing sales, client success, and partner development for OneDigital's HCM platform and proactive HR services. Anthony is focused on bringing payroll, HR, and workforce management together with benefits and insurance advisory so clients can solve more through one trusted relationship.

Anthony brings more than 20 years of sales leadership and revenue growth experience to the role. Before being acquired by OneDigital, Anthony was the Chief Revenue Officer for MP: Wired for HR and prior to that, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at JobTarget, where he helped scale the company from 40 to 250 employees while growing annual revenue from $10 million to $75 million.

Earlier in his career, he helped build one of the first sales teams at Indeed during its breakout growth years and held revenue leadership roles at Leoforce and Technology Marketing Corporation. His career began in the HR services industry with TriNet, ADP TotalSource, and Paychex, experience that still shapes his approach to the market today.

Anthony holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the State University of New York at New Paltz. Outside the office, he enjoys playing guitar, rooting for the New York Giants, and spending time with his wife, Jessica, and their four children: Lucas, Clara, Ellie, and Sophia. He grew up in the small town of North Salem, New York, and now lives in Bethel, Connecticut.
